Just ended my last written papers for prelim today!

I can finally take a SHORT break.

But I know the real thing is yet to come.

The worse is yet to arrive.

Hmm...

Those prelim papers are difficult as expected.

Actually, i wouldn't have mind it if I'm tgt with my 08s27.

It's not as if I've a problem with the current 09s24.

They're all real nice and sort of funny.

But the way they look upon me like sort of genius/straight As student really do stressed me up real time.

I'm not kidding, but I'm not going to do well for most of my prelim papers.

Results ji dao plunge as compared to those of my common tests.

I would rather they don't expect any good results from me cos it ain't going to happen for this prelim.

Ahhhh... stress like fuck.

Let me just get this A level get over and done with for the second time!

2 months moreee... 2 months moreee.

and I really really miss the 38s and 08s27.

Miss those fun old times...

It felt really really terrible to watch as all your friends moved on while you're still standing at the exact same spot as last year.

How I wished I can be with them and moving on to the next stage of life.

Ahhhh... I don't know.

I don't know anything anymore.

It also felt really really terrible to pray that the calm current will remain as it is.

Not knowing when the storm will arrive sucks to the core.

One minute, everything can be perfect as it is...

But another minute, who knows, the peace might simply be ruined in a blink of eye.

But on a happy note:

I went to JP to watch Eclipse with sq and wanjia today.

To be frank, it was the best of the three series so far, but I hope (cross my heart) that breaking dawn will be the most epic among all.

Letters from NUS and NTU just arrived, and was brought in by my mom.

I already know it's a rejection letter from NUS.

But I've hope that at least, NTU might accept me though I know it's quite impossible.

Then it turned out to be both rejections letter.

Things aren't suppose to be like this.

I'm not suppose to be in school, doing everything from scratch like last year.

I'm suppose to be on my way home from working as temporary staff in a particular company... while waiting for my university course to start on August.

I'm not suppose to be seating in front of my study table... doing my physics... worrying about my econs... solving maths problems... trying to squeeze some GP content into my damn bloody head... or even doing my chemistry TYS.

Why am I even doing all those things?

Why things have to turn out like this...

I thought I'm already used to returning to school once again after a couple of months...

But I realised things just get tougher than ever.

My mentality especially.

Everyone has been telling me to 'jiayous', to keep going... to be strong.

I really do appreciate it, I really do.

But things aren't as easy in practical.

Or maybe, I'm just weak.

Lately, I've been thinking alot.

About what I really want to do... about what I really want for my future...

But I'm not exactly enlightened at the end of the day.

I've thought of going to SIM and study business.

But my parents objected.

I wanted to talk them through, but each time, I hesitated.

I didn't want to worry them...

I didn't want to stress them out right after their work.

I shouldn't be so selfish and always thinking about myself.

They mean well when they insisted I re-take A levels and get into local university of better recognition by companies all around the world.

I know their intention.

But... can I do it?

Looking at myself right now...

I can't even overcome myself.

I feared that I will once again do badly for everything, though it's my second attempts already.

I don't knoww anymore.

I don't want to think anymore.

Maybe I'm just weak.

Today would have been a very nice slacking day except for the fact that I'll have to report to school at 1.30pm with my parents to listen to some meaningless and useless talks.

Seriously, waste my time only.!

I HATE IT.

It's super mood dampening.

But anyway, I'm really glad and thanks for all my friends who stood by me during my toughest time.

Listening to me nag to the next millenium... listening to my irritating complains... anger... frustrations and sorrow.

It has almost been a week since I went back to college.

At first, returning was tough.

But I guess now that I got used to it, somehow, it's easier.

But, the dread is still there though.

I mean, I really can't imagine myself seating in the examination room and retaking A levels all over again.

I seriously hontoni will go crazzyyy.

But if worst come to worst... if the university didn't offer me a place, I guess I've no choice but to retake A level and go crazy at the same time.

Last year... while taking A levels, and after taking A levels, I was thinking that next year, I will not have to study for all these shit ever again...!

But what the fuck am I doing now?

I'm doing this shit all over again.

I know it's my fault for not scoring well...

But...

Still...

Reality is cruel really.

I want to go back to nurseryyyyy...

Although my new classmates are all really friendly, but...

*Looking down at my prev post* whoa... it has certainly been quite some time since I last updated my blog.

But perhaps cos it is now more... secluded(ULU) that I dared to type more truths in here. hahaha!

Anyway... on friday,5th march, we've finally gotten back our long waited A level result.

Some cried due to relieve... while some cried due to disappointment.

But there is some (if u know who) who cried and said they're disappointed but in actual fact, they scored so much better than the majority. But whatever. I'm so gna heck care.

Well... I scored quite badly, and was quite disappointed.

To be truthful, this is the first time that I cried when taking back my result.

When I took my O'levels result, I was relieved. When I took my PSLE result, I was relieved as well.

But oh wells.

When it was my turn to take my result slip, my teacher held my slip to her chest and asked me a question, "Have you thought of what course you wanted to go in university?"

This was the question.

At that time, hopes filled me. Cos her question was like telling me that I've many choices that I can choose from. And I thought that she was sorta hinting me to slowly choose and carefully choose from those many choices that will be available to me.

I shook my head and answered no.

Then, she said, "You'd better think about it carefully."

My heart started to race... and I panicked.

She returned me the slip and the first subject that I glanced was Economics (the subject I've bee constantly worrying about) and I smiled.

I've gotten a C for econs!! HURRAY.

and I hurriedly scanned for the rest.

CCC (for all my H2)

I wasn't depressed, but I wasn't happy either.

Then, i saw a word that was longer than the others under the grade column.

'UNGRADED'

That's for my GP.

It was like... in that instant, my whole world crumpled.

All hope vanished.

Seriously.

At that point of time, I was like... lost for what to do.

It felt surreal and I wished that it was just a dream but it wasn't.

My teacher comforted me that even if I failed GP, i can still be accepted into University. Just that I would have to take an extra english module conditionally.

After much ponders, I've decided on what I should do.

First, apply to retain in college and at the same time, apply to University. Once I've been offered a place in University, I'll accept the offer and apply out of college.

This is, by far, the most safeproof plan.

But at the thought of... there MIGHT be a possiblity that I will have to retake A levels, my confidence plummeted.

But I knowww... there's nothing else I could do.

If worst come to worst, all I will have to do is to retake my A levels and this time, DO MUCH BETTER.

No more failings.

No more Cs.

HAIS!

I felt so apologetic towards both my parents.

Even after I've got my lousy results, they consoled me... supported me.

This made me even more guilty than I already am.

I've always wanted them to have a daughter they could be proud of...

Yeahhhh.

It was really a very tough period for me for the past few days...

Dilemna... disappointment...frustration...

I could hardly remember laughing out wholeheartedly anymoree.

And I seriously DON'T KNOW why my mood is damn wretched nowadays, and I seriously hate that.

Now then I know it's really really tough to look for a job hahhaha.

Went ngee ann city tower A with wanjia today for interview at the recruitexpress.

The lady that interviewed us quite friendly and if not wrong, she's also from JJC!

Our senior sehh!!

She will inform us when there's a job available!!

Hopefully got la!!

and hor... hopefully the working environment also good.

Good as in... I don't mind colleagues shouting vulgarities across the office, but I just don't like it when they act as though they're the upper class.

Speaking of which, there's a rather rude lady today.

Because there're many pple standing around the office entrance to wait for their turn for interview... then that lady suddenly said, "Can you please wait outside?"

If her tone is friendly then nvm, but her tone is seriously like shit..!

School today was fine.
After school, me, liyuan, sq, and wenjie went the cedens (no idea how to spell that country club), but anyway, we went there to sing K!
IT WAS FUN YUP!
Especially towards the ending when we literally scream into the mic and sing to our fullest!
But the suckiest thing was my noseblock ARGH.
I CAN'T TASTE OR SMELL ANYTHING!
ARGHH!

The k box at the country club (Just opposite liyuan's house and wenjie's) was quite good actually, and worth the moneyy too! 10 bucks per person!(: cheapppp.
we sang from 3.30 (approx) to 7.
I got to admit, the time felt really shortt.
Too badd..
I just realised that those girls have great voiceee!

okay la, after that went home and there's a bad news.
My small uncle was sent to the hospital due to bad stomache, and the report was out just an hour ago.

Tests are finally over.
Temporarily only.
Monday, we had chemistry tests, and just today, we had survived through the entire 1 hr 45mins for the maths lecture test.
I'm not going to say the test is a killer or a easy paper.
The standard of the paper differs for each individual.
But for me, I found it quite difficult.
Hope I can pass, but er... like a bit difficult hor?

Then today, went home with liyuan, dino an Zhi min.
Just realized today during a conversation with Zhi Min that WE ARE ACTUALLY PRIMARY 1 CLASSMATES!!!

Woke up super early today for the yoga demostration in Marsiling secondary school.
AND GUESS WHAT!
Mr Jega drove us there in his car!
Personally, i found his car quite comfortable with all those six seats and stuffs!
Anway, the primary six indian students were super enthusiastic, and rather cute in one way or another!
AND AND AND! IT'S MY FIRST TIME USING THE MIKE! OMG!
My voice totally rock. LOL!

When I ask for volunteers, all of them were like literally sabotaging one another!
But in the end, a shy boy and a shy girl came up.

After that, we were being brought to the conference room to enjoy some snacks.
At first, none of us touches it, but when the teacher kept urging us, aiya, to give them face, I took A FEW curry puffs. (:

After that, I went home, changed, and met up with the 38s.

Er... the food was OKAY la.

Went to NUS open house today with yuan and dino!
Actually wenjie is suppose to go too, BUT she last minute pangseh zzz!!!

Anyway, continue from yesterday night, LOL! After camp, I went for the yoga meeting with letice.

On the 17th march, we'll be gng to marsiling secondary school to teach a grp of 40 students taking PSLE this year.

Yea! you didn't hear wrongly, it's PSLE PRIMARY 6 students in a SECONDARY SCHOOL! cos the marsiling sec offer it's place for that matter.

ANYWAY! It's so cool!! PRIMARY 6 STUDENTS! the enthu bunch!

Okay, after the yoga meting, i went home bathe and out again to meet up with liyuan to go far east shopping!! We saw many clothes... and I almost bought one new fashion shorts, but aiya, decide against it in the end.

We chatted, ate till we're bursted, and then, we go on our separate ways at about 6.

I went to meet up with letice and shiwei after that! We met at CCK den bought the long track pants, then went to Bukit panjang plaza!

WOO LRT! it's been so longgggg since I've board it. Me and shiwei fought(squeeze) our way in to book a place by the largeee window! We're so young at heart(: Letice ah..LEARN TO BE MORE LIKE US(:

We went to eat swensens and play arcadeee!! omg, i totally suck at basketball! Both of them manage to proceed to stage 2 EXCEPT me! they got total score points of hundred over. But I got a pathetic 28 points. HAIIS!

We (Me, chua, let, zl) went to celebrate her birthday on the 22nd.
I met Chua and Zl first at orchard to go shop for her birthday present, and in the end, we bought the second and the last book of the twilight series cos the first book she got alr, and the third book no stock.

Then, after that, we lied to shiwei say that meet at the far east plaza when we're already at cineleisure.
SORRY WOMAN! COS WE'RE NOT DONE PREPARING FOR YOUR SURPRISE!
We went to the KBOX there and request for a better room.
Then we split up.
Chua and Zl went to buy those party stuffs, like balloons and stuffs.
While I'm suppose to stall time, accompanying shiwei until they're done. So I called sw, and tell her walk back to cine. LOLOL!

This is call stalling for time!
Then bla bla bla, me and shiwei ate the something, sort of lunch, while waiting. Obviously she doesn't know that we're actually stalling time cos I'm such a good actress. (:
I lied to her say the other two (Chua and Zl) was late.
HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA!

But in the end...

When they're done, I brought her up to Kbox and the party starts.
At first, we're all shy to sing, except the two non-first-timer shiwei and Zl.
BUT IN THE END! WE DID WARM UP AND BEGAN TO SING!
FOR HOURS!
and it's SURPRISINGLY FUN!

Then, they came my house to watch the movie, THE DARK KNIGHT.
THE MOVIE QUITE NICE LAH, but too long. Not that it's bad, but cos of all those suspense, I couldn't bear to stand up and go toilet though my bladder was like bursting halfway thru the movie.

Just came back from visiting my uncle at NUH.

I received a msg from my cous while I was working, saying that he felt better and could even wave from inside to my aunt.

The first sentence he spoke to my aunt was, "I am here, but why you look so blur ah?" (mandarin)

I instantly felt a sudden relieve upon hearing that news.

Just yesterday, I was worrying, but after visiting him, I know I could heaved a little sigh of relieve.

But, during the visit, I saw how painful he looked.

There're needles mark all over his legs, hands.

His voice was a little hoarse cos a tube was placed into this throat two days back.

The best part was, he was finally moved from the ICU, to a normal ICU.

Meaning he got better.

Although I'm not a really 'holy' person, i really must thank god for blessing my uncle!

THANKS GOD!

Anw, the doctor has their diagnosis, and it was comfirmed that he had got a type of rare blood disease, and I've forgetten the name of it. It's damn long...

Shall go ask my cous for it.

But it's something like... erm... his blood coagulate(sort of solidify) in his blood vessels, obstructing smooth blood flow.

It will eventually lead to stroke (true), and headaches (true also).

The treatment to this is to kill the virus with some kind of strong medicine and they'll have to tranfuse new blood into him, to ensure his blood to flow smoothly.

This process will last at about 3 months or 1-8 weeks.

We didn't tell my uncle the truth about the last part cos we didn't him to give up, as the process is really a painful one.

But eventually, we know he would have to face the music and accept the long arduos treatment.

We'll be standing by him and support him.

no matter what!

Argh.

My mood is currently in its poorest state ever.

My uncle had fainted yesterday, well, not exactly fainted, but he just went into a fit all of the sudden. Like those with stroke.

I didn't see it cos I was to stay home just in case.

My sister and my mom rushed over to his house and saw everything.

The sight was horrific.

He was being sent to hospital by the ambulance.

The doctor updated us by saying they didn't know what caused his sudden fit.

All we know right now is that, he is in critical condition and his blood has something to do with it.

They said something about his blood was being poisoned/contaminated, and it is attacking his body.

They've used very very strong medicine on him and he is very very weak now.

Because I've work today until six in the evening, I didn't manage to follow my mom, sister and cous to the hospital to see him.

Since yesterday when he fainted till now, I haven't got to see him.

The feeling just sucks totally.

Really sucks.

But I'm sure going to see him tomorrow.

no matter what.

But he's in comatose now.

However, my second uncle told me his hands, and legs trembled, as though he was in excruciating pain.

zzzzzzzzzz.

Worst, my cous told me the doctor told them the chances of him dying is very high.

I almost cried on spot during work.

They said it was a rare case and till now, they still have no idea what's causing it.

I understand medical knowledges still have their own limits, but I can't help but feel irritated towards those doctors.

went to watch it with aunt and cousin yesterday night at westmall, 9.30pm.

It's was a damn last minute decision.

after havin dinner at KFC at the jurong east sports complex, we went to my cous house, which is just directly opposite. cool huh!

Yesterday went to cineleisure for a class movie outing.
But as far as I can see, only seven pple attended the movie, although Liyuan, Sian den join us later. Clara and anna joined the groupp after me and dino left for home.

We watched 'Cape no. 7"
I would have preferred something more thrilling and more actions like Quarantine, Km31, body of lies, beverly hill chihuahua.
But no idea why we have all decided to watch cape no.7 in the endd.
Majority wins i guess. ahahhaha.

Anw, the movie is not bad lahhs, just that, if I were to turn back time, I'd have comfirm insist with all my life to watch something else. HAHHAHAHAHAH!
But too bad, there ain't such thing as the time turner right?
Saddddddd.

We took neoprints after that, though S-ian was like giving the 'are you kidding me?' face.
But the neoprints session turns out great!

Went to my cousin's house yesterday night.
Actually, we'd wanted to eat steamboat, but changed.
Instead, my grandmother cooked her specialty delicacies yesterday.

Many things happened recently and I had a sudden realization that human are the scariest creature on earth, and it's the truthest truth.
Animals just act on their basic instinct, as in, just act what according to what they are made for.

The interclass competition was fun, well, to a certain extent.

Firstly, I passed the ball to a wrong person!

a day at chem lab

Just reach home at about one hour ago?
I'm sure wenjie, clara, sharron, gavin, simin, and mu rong are also the same.
Cos the seven of us volunteered to help out in the chem lab to facilitate the secondary students who came this afternoon to learn back titration and crystal making.
You may ask, "Need stay until 9 plus mehh? Siao!!"

My reply for you is, "Blame the damn starch for filtering so slow dude!"

And those secondary students left at about 6??!!
But CIP hours is never easy to achieve.
Well, to be fair, seriously, it's quite fun actually.
Especially after those secondary pple left, leaving only the seven of us and ms quek.

We'd fun talking, laughing and learning tgt with ms quek, and she's actually not as bad as we first thought of her.
I'm not trying to bootlick, no way!
But it's what I feel after today.
She's actually quite fun to be with, laughing and joking together. HAHA!

We'll be helping her out again tmr after the interclass game competition.
And those same group of secondary students will be coming again.
We'll definitely tell them about how late we stayed up to filte their damn sugar solutions!

Hmm.. today woke up damn early in the morning to go malaysia with my parents and sister.

Today is... well... not a bad day actually, as compared to tuesday.
Sherrill's and Shiqi's group left during civics, which held in the hall, for PW OP reheasal.
But it's okay! I still have BAOXIAN, and we really talked about lots of stuffs.
Talk laugh talk and laugh again!
Liu Lao Shi, our chi teacher, was absent for lesson so today's chi lesson was a complete slack.
And we don't even bothered to do our chi wks that was supposed to be handed up today.
Can't blame us, we wanted to reminise our sec sch days when teachers are always absent!
Well, that's for me, I've no idea for the others.
Haha, but we talked about the best thriller movie for the year, CONNECTED, and it's funny parts.

and everytime when he's late, there'd be many damn excuses.

But i personally suspected that he was late cos he was busying gel-ing his hair in whichever suay toilet he uses.
Like what's the point, no matter how he gel also...I shall skip that.
I know I'm bad, but, seriously, we all shld know that he never prepares in advance for our lesson since he's always stuck at certain questions, and we have to wait for him to solve before advancing any further.
